Keener is the son of two of my high school classmates and so much fun to hang out with in downtown Gate City and at the Scott County Park. We talked so much about when his parents were in school that I was afraid the photos wouldn’t be very good but, of course, his super personality showed up so I had nothing to worry about. I have lost touch with Gate City football but I just may have to go to a game or two to see him play. Go Big Blue!
