If someone had told me that I would be photographing nine weddings in 2014, I would have told them they were crazy. Weddings are tough. Weddings are important. Weddings. scare. me. Well, I did it and enjoyed every wonderful, difficult, beautiful, tiring minute of them!
I even added Destination Wedding Photographer to my resume by traveling to beautiful Folly Beach for one of them. Agota Springs, Corey Ippolito Winery, Banq, the Barn at Allandale and other locations in the Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia made each wedding so special.
Five were smaller and done without a 2nd shooter, one was with the multi-talented Derek Cress and three were with my art student daughter, Jessica Burke. They both did wonderful jobs!
